The BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer), a staple at QuakeCon and what primarily put it on the map for Esports and as DFWs premier AAA gaming Expo! Each year, over 3000 people travel across the world to Grapevine, Texas to set up their gaming rigs for a full weekend of Peace, Love and Rockets!

This is accomplished by setting up a NOC to take over from the ISP hand-off and standing up a series of VLANs to allow all 3000 workstations to communicate across multiple Virtual networks, allowing every player to not only access the internet but directly connect to eachother for a near 0 latency experience with 99.999% uptime!

ByteComm’s owner first started their networking career at Quakecon, helping run all the cables to every table from the series of switches at the NOC.
